3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

• Billing: By signing up for a paid subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with the subscription plan you select.
• Refund Policy: We stand by our service, but we must also protect our business interests. Refunds are offered at our sole discretion under the following specific terms:
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are limited to the current billing period only. Historical payments for previous months are non-refundable.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription mid-term, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the unused time remaining on the contract (e.g., if you cancel in month 11 of a 12-month term, you will be refunded for the 1 remaining month).
• Chargebacks: We take chargeback fraud seriously. If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card issuer or bank, your account will be immediately terminated and access to the Site will be revoked permanently. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with the evidence of your use of the service.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: The content on this Site, including but not limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to Inspector Network LLC.

Sharing Policy ("Blogger Standard"): We love when you share our recipes! However, we must protect our intellectual property:

• You MAY: Share one (1) photo of a finished recipe with a clear "do-follow" link back to the original post on our Site for the full instructions.
• You MAY NOT: Copy and republish the recipe ingredients or instructions in full or in part on any other website, social media caption, or print medium without prior written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

The Site allows you to post reviews, comments, and upload photos ("User Content").

• License Grant: You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Site and our business (including for marketing and on social media platforms).
• Restrictions: You agree not to post User Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, or that infringes on the proprietary rights of any third party.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
